Lenovo revealed the Legion Y90 design officially

For the past few days, Lenovo has been teasing two Android-based handheld gaming devices. The company’s Legion brand will debut these items, which include a smartphone and a tablet. Officially, they are known as Legion Y90 and Legion Y700, respectively. Today, we get the opportunity to witness the former in person.

A teaser video previewing the design of the next Lenovo Legion Y90 gaming smartphone was posted to Lenovo Legion’s official Weibo account a few hours ago. The film reveals that the handset will have a curved glass back and a metal frame, similar to the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2.

The dual rear camera of the gadget will be situated in the center, as you can see in the video. A heat vent, a Y-shaped RGB light, an LED flash, and LEGION branding will all be found in the center of the phone.

Unlike traditional smartphones, the phone will not have a notch or a punch hole on the front. Instead, a bezel with a lengthy earphone piece and a selfie camera will be there. Although the display will be flat, the corners will be rounded.

Then there will be two more vents on the right side, with a power button in between and a backup microphone phone at the top. Two USB Type-C ports (one on the left and one on the bottom), a volume rocker on the left, a SIM card slot, and a primary microphone hole have all been disclosed in previous teasers.

The Lenovo Y90 gaming smartphone is expected to feature a 6.92-inch HDR-enabled Samsung E4 AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 720Hz touch sampling rate, and a certified reduced blue light emission mode, according to previous sources. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC will be used, together with LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and Double Engine Air Cooling.
